摘要

本研究于2021年12月15日至2022年1月26日在巴格达大学农业工程科学学院动物领域开展,为期42 d,旨在研究在肉仔鸡日粮中添加不同水平鞣花酸对肉中某些生理特性和氧化指标的影响,并与肉中维生素C含量进行比较。试验选用225只罗斯308鸡,随机分为5个处理:对照组不添加饲料添加剂,而T2、T3、T4组分别添加鞣花酸(0.25、0.5、0.75 mg/ kg日粮)和T5组分别添加维生素C 0.5 mg/ kg,从试验第1天至试验结束分别给予鞣花酸和维生素C,研究结果显示,第1、2周和T2、T4组在T4处理时均有显著差异提高(P<0.05)。第4、5周T2处理优于对照处理和T1处理,第2周T2处理在超重性状上优于对照处理,第4、5周T2处理在总增重上优于对照处理,第4周T2处理在饲料系数上优于对照处理,第5周T2处理优于对照处理,总增重率显著优于T2处理。第2周T1、T4期饲料转化率显著提高。
