摘要

斜口S. plagiostomus线粒体DNA (mtDNA)全长16569bp,包含2个rnas基因、22个tRNA基因、13个蛋白编码基因和2个非编码区。基于蛋白质编码的线粒体DNA基因对物种系统发育关联性的估计具有重要的价值。本研究对斜口裂腹鱼的蛋白质编码基因进行了测序,并在此基础上与斜口裂腹鱼的48种鱼类进行了系统发育的比较。经分析,斜口裂腹菌与黑裂腹菌、唇裂胸菌、尼泊尔裂胸菌亲缘关系密切,具有较高的自举值。这些经验数据对于理解裂胸科物种的系统发育关系具有重要意义。
