The PVPC is integrated with reactive power compensation and active power, in this way, PVPC not only can provide active power and reactive power, but also can improve the power quality in the power system. Then, a Space Vector Pulse-width Modulation (SVPWM) is employed in this work, this method can solve the application shortage of hybrid PWM method. 摘要

目前,由于全球能源短缺,光伏发电系统被广泛接受。为了实现光伏并网系统的近正弦输出,提高电能质量,降低电能损耗,本文提出了一种基于混合多电平逆变器的光伏并网功率调节器(PVPC)系统。在本文提出的结构中,逆变器的每相由两个h桥变换器组成,两个变换器通过两个电网变压器连接,产生9个电压等级。将无功功率补偿和有功功率相结合,既能提供有功功率,又能提供无功功率,提高了电力系统的电能质量。然后,采用空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM),解决了混合PWM方法的应用不足。最后,给出了380V/13KW实验室的仿真结果,验证了该系统的有效性。
