摘要

近年来电力行业的进步增加了人们对智能电网技术的兴趣。在各种智能电网技术中,需求侧管理通常是许多公用事业公司维护供需平衡的首选。此外,公用事业公司通过需求响应计划激励最终用户参与能源社会。最近,政府鼓励居民用户安装小型可再生能源发电机组,以建立自我可持续发展,并通过将多余的发电量输出到电网来支持电网。这样的用户被称为产消者。本文提出了一种实时定价环境下基于产消的需求响应算法,通过综合考虑用户意愿和兴趣、可再生能源发电的间歇性和效用动态等因素,优化选择家用电器的运行时间,从而达到节约电费的目的。
