A Bi-objective Model for Relief Supply Location in Post-Disaster Management
In this paper, a bi-objective nonlinear mixed integer model is proposed for relief supply location in post-disaster environment. The bi-objective model tries to minimize the total cost of the system, and is focused on maximizing the satisfaction levels of the affected areas through minimizing the sum of the maximum shortages in the affected areas at each period. We utilize the Reservation Level driven Tchebycheff Procedure as the solution method for finding non-dominated solutions. The model is validated by examining a case study and obtained results indicate that the proposed model can help to make decisions on both facility location and relief logistics in post-disaster situations.
