摘要

通过对郑州市不同等级道路所对应的小区的相关变量进行测量，根据相关值得出相应高档小区的饱和车头时距低，平均行驶速度高的结论，即得出不同类型小区开放程度对道路通行的影响。然后在小区模式和规模上，从增收减支两方面为城市规划部门和交通管理部门提出合理化建议。
