It is specially designed to bring about order, efficiency and comfort in different places. It consists of two parts, the first is software program designed in Visual Basic, Which will be used to classify people according to their demands. On entering the reception department of the office, a client will face a dedicated console. He selects a key relates to the process he wants to achieve. Then the program will arrange these data to be used later on calling clients. Till now there are many people who are not accustomed to deal with the new technology. So in this paper the problem is solved and the client will keep his priority. The second part is an interface logical circuit between the PC and the declaration display. This interface is based on an FPGA integrated circuit.
