物流运输在世界范围内仍占有主要地位,并呈现出新的发展趋势和特点。为了适应这一海上方向的发展,需要拥有一支多维度、多层次、多结构的高素质远洋船舶船员队伍。能够充分发挥主动性和决策能力,具备应对各种复杂海洋环境问题的能力。模糊综合分析法因其多指标、多层次评价的特点,在各类评价中得到了广泛的应用。本文基于模糊综合分析法和权重分析法,结合层次分析法,针对海事从业人员职业发展环境的特殊性,建立了有效的发展环境优化模型,可以为中国航运业提供有力的帮助。
