Johnson & Johnson Indonesia, Medical Division.This type of research is survey research using a quantitative approach. The study population was the employees of PT. Johnson & Johnson Indonesia, especially in the Medical Division, which amounted to 70 employees, while the total sample was 60 respondents who were taken using the Slovin's equation. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) software.The results in this study indicate that: 1) Credo Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. 2) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, 3) Job Satisfaction has a negative and un significant effect on Intention to Leave (4) Credo Organizational Culture has a negative and significant effect on Intention to Leave (5) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Intention to Leave. The results also show that organizational commitment is a variable that has a dominant effect on intention to leave. 摘要
本研究旨在以工作满意度为中介变量,探讨信条、组织文化和组织承诺对员工离职意向的影响。这种类型的研究是使用定量方法的调查研究。研究人群是PT. Johnson & Johnson Indonesia的员工,特别是医疗部门的员工,共计70名员工,而总样本为60名受访者,他们使用Slovin方程。数据收集是通过问卷调查的方式进行的。使用的数据分析技术是结构方程建模(SEM)与智能PLS(偏最小二乘法)软件。本研究结果表明:1)信条组织文化对工作满意度有正向显著影响;2)组织承诺对工作满意度有正向显著影响;3)工作满意度对离职意向有负向不显著影响;4)信条组织文化对离职意向有负向显著影响;5)组织承诺对离职意向有正向显著影响。结果还表明,组织承诺是影响离职意愿的显性变量。本研究的结果表明,员工的高承诺程度会影响他们的离职意愿。
