Based on the theory of taylor expansion, optimal control and nonlinear disturbamce observer designing, a nonlinear PID synchro controller for EHSS with four cylinders is proposed such that tracking and synchronization performance is well addressed. 摘要

为了解决拉丝机四缸同步运动问题,研制了一种四缸电液同步伺服系统,并建立了其非线性动力学模型。基于泰勒展开理论、最优控制理论和非线性干扰观测器设计理论,提出了一种四缸EHSS非线性PID同步控制器,很好地解决了跟踪和同步性能问题。仿真和实际应用结果表明,所提出的控制器比传统PID控制器具有更好的跟踪和同步响应,对四缸EHSS在拉丝机上的应用取得了成功。
