The concentrations of Cd are in range of 0.019-0.027 µg g-1 in common carp, 0.028–0.040 µg g-1 in European flounder, 0.020-0.034 µg g-1 in golden grey mullet and 0.16-0.27 µg g-1 in flathead grey mullet tissues. 摘要

采用电感电位质谱仪(Agilent 7700x)测定了采自沙里库姆湖自然保护区的鲤(Cyprinus carpio)、肉鲽(Platichthys flesus)、aurata、Mugil cephalus 4种鱼类可食组织中5种重金属(Hg、Cd、Pb、Cu和Zn)的含量。重金属含量的大小顺序为:Zn> Cu > Hg > Pb > Cd。汞、镉、锌含量最高的分别是平头灰鲻鱼、比目鱼和鲤鱼。金灰色鲻鱼中铅和铜的含量较高。普通鲤鱼Cd含量为0.019 ~ 0.027µg g-1,欧洲比目鱼为0.028 ~ 0.040µg -1,金灰鲻鱼为0.020 ~ 0.034µg -1,平头灰鲻鱼为0.16 ~ 0.27µg -1。头螺中Cd的浓度为限定值,需要采取预防措施,以防止未来的重金属污染,但其他金属均低于认证值。关键词:鲤鱼,肉鲽鱼,白鲤,鳙鱼,沙里库姆湖
