It is of great significance to do a good job in monitoring CO leakage. We have designed and tested a high precision digital CO monitor based on STM32 single chip microcomputer and embedded system. The sensor module of this monitor consists of TGS5342 CO sensor made by FIGARO and BME280 temperature, humidity and pressure sensor made by BOSCH. The TGS5342 CO sensor has been calibrated at the factory, eliminating the process of calibrating as most monitors used to executed. The monitor is equipped with an OLED display screen, which can display real-time data of CO gas concentration and environmental temperature, humidity and pressure. This monitor makes full use of the rich interface resources of STM32 single chip microcomputer and communicates via CAN bus. As a result, the monitor can not only work independently, but also flexibly organize network online monitoring.
