摘要

随着计算机技术的飞速发展,配电计算机可以将电能质量监测、故障记录、故障检测等多种监控分析装置集成到一台设备中。它看起来非常方便,可以完成所有的配电工作。本文介绍了一种用于配电的多功能测控分析装置的设计方法。提出了一种利用相电压和相电流分形数进行电网监测检测和故障选线的新算法。我们研制的设备在配电方面运行得很好。应用结果表明,该系统具有很强的适用性,在动态监测、故障诊断和故障排除方面具有很高的有效性。
