And it will look very expedient and can complete all of the work in electric distribution. In this paper, a kind of method to design such multifunctional device called multi-function measure control analyzing device employed in electric distribution will be introduced. And a new algorithm using the fractal number of phase voltages and phase currents is presented for power grid monitor detection and fault line selection. The apparatus we have developed operates very well in electric distribution.
