USO DE BIODIGESTOR EM COMUNIDADES RURAIS DA GUINÉ-BISSAU PARA GERAÇÃO DE ENERGIA, BIOFERTILIZANTE E SANEAMENTO
The biodigestors have been evaluated with numerous advantages that can contribute to small communities, especially in rural areas. These techniques allow manure or organic waste to be treated and generate biogas, and fertilizer. The generated biogas can be used for power generation, or, it is used for cooking. And biofertilizer is used in agriculture. However, most of the studies carried out with biodigesters are more used for poultry and pig farming. Therefore, the development of this article is justified in order to demonstrate the possibility of using this tool in rural areas of Guinea-Bissau to energy and gas deficits in rural areas of the country. This mechanism, in addition to the economic advantages, there are other advantages related to the development of the technology, such as the sending of animal waste to the biodigester, which prevents them being placed in the improper places that could cause negative effects to the environment without treatment, as contaminate bodies of water. The main beneficiary of the equipment is the farmer for the use of waste for the production of biogas and biofertilizer and the environment in general. This work aimed to demonstrate the sustainability that an agriculturist, located in rural areas of Guinea-Bissau, can obtain with the technique of biodigestors. The methodology was carried out a qualitative research, of descriptive and exploratory character, using bibliographical and documentary as sources of research. The results proved the economic and social environmental conditions for the exploration of biodigesters in rural areas. Key-words: Biodigestor. Use of gas energy. Economic and Social Environmental Advantage.
