摘要

最近,国内主要企业的国内核心技术外泄及由此造成的损失逐年增加。据推算,此次泄露造成的经济损失约为220万亿韩元,相当于韩国的总预算。而且,大部分是由前任和现任职员、合作企业、科学家、投资公司造成的。这说明泄漏的源头是内部人员。由此可以推断,该公司的人员安全管理和计划并没有实施良好的措施来防止技术被人泄露。因此,本文提出了通过聚类对技术泄漏进行分类的方法,聚类是企业内部人员信息的数据挖掘方法之一,可以防止企业的核心技术泄漏。
