摘要

本文在对工业数据进行智能分析和对炼钢过程关键参数趋势监测的基础上,提出了对转炉熔渣模式进行控制的计算机系统的功能结构。利用神经网络模型预测熔渣侵入性,评估熔渣侵入性对转炉耐火内衬的影响,为系统的建立奠定了基础。通过对工业数据的智能分析,提出了减少炉渣侵蚀、控制转炉耐火材料工作温度条件、延缓磨损速度和保护耐火衬免遭破坏的建议。在冶金企业使用计算机系统可以增加热机组耐火衬里的坚固性,也可以提高其工作的无事故资源。
