Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan one group pretest- posttest design . Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX G SMP Negeri 12 Kota Bengkulu yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Sampel diambil dengan teknik perposive sampling . Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji T. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukan peningkatan resiliensi siswa setelah diberikan treatment berupa bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik cognitive restructuring . Hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai t = -6,664 dengan taraf signifikan (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 yang berarti 0,000<0,05. Temuan ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik cognitive restructuring terhadap resiliensi siswa di kelas IX G SMP Negeri 12 Kota Bengkulu. These finding revealed that there was an effect of group guidance services by using the cognitive restructuring technique on students’ resilience in the class of IX G at SMP 12 Bengkulu City. 摘要
