摘要

发现滚动轴承是平台设备故障的薄弱环节,研究基于平台设备状态监测的滚动轴承智能故障诊断方法具有重要意义。在对滚动轴承振动信号进行分析研究的基础上,提出了一种基于小波包和PSO-BP神经网络算法的滚动轴承故障智能诊断方法。基于小波包变换提取平台电机滚动轴承的频带能量特征,利用粒子群算法对BP神经网络进行优化,提高故障模式识别效率。仿真结果表明,该方法具有通用性和有效性。
