摘要

针对射频功率放大器的双箱模型(Wiener或Hammerstein),提出了一种两步辨识方法。基于最小二乘法,通过迭代计算,分别提取线性滤波块和静态非线性块。仿真结果表明,该方法对Wiener、Hammerstein、Wiener-Hammerstein (W-H)和记忆多项式模型等具有记忆的非线性模型均能得到较为准确的参数,证明了该方法的鲁棒性。实验结果表明,采用单载波WCDMA信号作为宽带射频放大器的激励时,实测输出与模型输出具有良好的一致性。
