Digital technologies in legal proceedings: foreign experience

Автор исследует зарубежный опыт применения различных цифровых технологий в судопроизводстве. В статье рассматриваются различные научные подходы к данной проблеме и предпосылки внедрения информационных технологий в судебную деятельность, приводятся примеры использования судами технических средств сложного интеллектуализированного правового поиска, а также особых альтернативных форм разрешения споров. Отдельно автор останавливается на перечне основных цифровых, а также иных технологических и связанных с ними организационных решений, внедренных (внедряемых) в судопроизводстве. В заключение делается вывод о том, что кумулятивный аспект развития новейших технологий порождает различные проблемы, которые необходимо решать, чтобы в полной мере воспользоваться открывающимися возможностями. The author explores foreign experience in the use of various digital technologies in legal proceedings. The article discusses various scientific approaches to this problem and the prerequisites for the introduction of information technologies in judicial activities, provides examples of the use by courts of technical means of complex intellectualized legal search, as well as special alternative forms of dispute resolution. Separately, the author dwells on the list of the main digital, as well as other technological and related organizational solutions implemented (implemented) in legal proceedings. In conclusion, it is concluded that the cumulative aspect of the development of new technologies gives rise to various problems that need to be addressed in order to take full advantage of the opportunities that open up.
