In this paper, firstly, we develop a scheme to split message and pack all common parts into a super common message from engineering point of view. Then, we apply RS in FDD-Based link-level platform to examine throughput performance, where LTE-A protocol codebook is considered to quantize channel. Moreover, a novel power allocation algorithm using polynomial regression is proposed.
