The idea is to choose a proper task execution sequence combine with a communication scheduling that avoids the communication conflict in the interconnection network switch. 摘要

本文提出了一种统一通信与执行调度(UCE)算法,将并行数据挖掘应用的执行调度和通信调度结合在一起。该算法能够更好地利用多核集群系统中的硬件和互连,实现数据挖掘应用。其思想是选择合适的任务执行顺序并结合通信调度,避免互连网络交换机中的通信冲突。仿真结果表明,特别是在大型多核集群系统中,该方法的性能得到了显著提高。
