Based on the current situation of electric power development in various countries along the Lancang-Mekong River, and drawing on the construction experience of domestic and foreign power system platforms, this paper studies and designs the framework of the Lancang-Mekong River regional power system operator platform, and expounds the role and value of each functional module in detail.
