This paper proposes a system model of implementing the real-time algorithm. First, this paper designs the appropriate hardware system based on different algorithm requirements for traffic flow information. Then extract useful information through data processing. Finally, based on different requirements for fairness and access efficiency, this paper designs five different control algorithms.
