As the requirements of the plasma treatment increase, so do the complexity of the power supplies. At first the power supply used was the network connected to primary winding of a high voltage transformer, now the new trends are specialized power supplies for specific reactor types in order to both optimize the energy of the power supply and to homogenize the plasma treatment.
