In the second Partial results showed that Occupational Health has no positive and significant impact on employee performance by 19%. In the third Partial results showed that Safety has an inverse and significant impact by 60,1% on Employee Performance. 摘要

本研究旨在分析动机、职业健康与安全(OHS)对员工绩效的影响。PT X公司员工总数为70人,采用Morgan & Krecjie表对59人进行抽样。基于研究结果表明:部分表明动机对员工绩效有积极显著的影响,达到78.9%。第二部分结果显示,职业健康对员工绩效没有显著的正向影响。在第三部分的结果表明,安全对员工绩效有负的显著影响,为60.1%。自变量动机、职业健康和安全经F检验证明对员工绩效有显著的正向影响,从决定系数(R2)来看,其影响程度为35.4%。
