This especially applies to cases where the court finds the possibility of abuse of procedural law. The circumstances which constitute the basis for the suspension of court proceedings, pursuant to Art. 125 § 1 point 1 of the Act on Proceedings Before Administrative Courts, must objectively condition the court’s decision. When applying the above-mentioned provisions, the court is obliged to consider the effects of possible waiting for a decision on a preliminary ruling.
