Realization and characterization of a waveguide calorimeter for the 5 TO 8.5 GHz frequency range
We have built and characterized a calorimeter for RF power measurements in rectangular metal waveguide in the range from 5 to 8.5 GHz (WR-137, R-70). We describe the instrument, show the experimental results and evaluate its accuracy.
