摘要

. 本研究旨在考察在2019冠状病毒病大流行期间,印度尼西亚玛琅市政府和非政府组织(社区)在家庭暴力处理相关政策中的合作行动形式,并分析支持和抑制因素。若干行动者合作开展宣传工作;即赋予妇女权力和儿童保护、人口控制和计划生育机构、妇女和儿童综合服务处以及一个名为WCC Dian Mutiara的非政府组织(社区)也参与了这些努力。结果表明,妇女赋权、儿童保护、人口控制和计划生育机构、国家警察妇女和儿童保护单位、卫生机构、社会服务机构、地区法院和妇女危机中心Dian Mutiara在现有的2015年第12号条例和密集的公共教育的支持下,合作开展了宣传工作,但由于公众对家庭暴力的看法以及它们的协同作用薄弱而受到抑制。
