КОНЦЕПТ ТЕОРЕТИЧНОГО ПЕРЕОСМИСЛЕННЯ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ ЯКОСТІ ЖИТТЯ УКРАЇНЦІВ

The concept of life quality security was introduced into the scientific space in 1990, and gradually improves and develops, leaving traces of a permanent theoretical rethinking of the category - the quality of life of the population. The purpose of the article is to substantiate and shaping the concept of a theoretical rethinking of the social quality of life of the population, and itself - Ukrainians. Methods used in the following: details and details, system analysis, alignment and logic, too. The assumption was made that the concept of the theoretical rethinking of the social quality of life should replace the warehouses and indicators, and the new scientific concept of the social quality of life may be the European orientation and the transfer of the development and promotion of new standards. Presentation of the main material: according to the results of research on the quality of life of the population as an economic and philosophical category, indices of quality of life, national matrix of indicators of quality of life, subordination of elements of the concept of social quality of life, characteristic differences used by the EU formed stages of theoretical rethinking of social quality of life. It is argued that the Human Development Strategy of Ukraine is based on the principles of the concept of social quality of life, but its purpose is mainly aimed at implementing some principles. It is established that the theoretical rethinking of the scientific concept of social quality of life is carried out according to the appropriate algorithm of actions / stages, which was developed and based on the scientific concept of social quality of life, which reflects European values. The originality and practical significance of the study lies in the formation of the Concept of theoretical rethinking of social quality of life and further development and implementation of new standards of quality of life based on European values. Conclusions. The study of the theoretical aspect of social quality of life allowed to establish the subordination of elements of the concept of social quality of well-being and identified indices of quality of life, characteristic differences between the concept of quality of life and social quality. Indicators of social and economic security of social quality, social cohesion and social inclusion of social quality, social opportunities have been established, but the most recognized indicator is the index / indicator of human potential development. Five successful stages of theoretical rethinking of the social quality of life have been identified and it has been noted that the current stage includes the implementation of the Human Development Strategy of Ukraine. The basic provisions of the concept of social quality of life and human values that affect the quality of life are revealed, which allowed to build an algorithm of actions / stages of theoretical rethinking of the scientific concept of social quality of life. Based on the results of theoretical research, the Concept of theoretical rethinking of social quality of life, which contains components and indicators of social quality of life, provides for the development and implementation of new standards of social quality of life. Further research involves identifying and analyzing the factors influencing the intensification of theoretical rethinking of social quality of life.
