摘要

本研究旨在以工作满意度为中介变量,探讨变革型领导风格与组织文化对员工绩效的影响。样品的确定采用slovin公式,并采用定量数据分析方法获得了75个回答者的样本。根据SPSS v.22的计算结果,显著性水平为0.05%的研究结果得出结论:(1)变革型领导风格对员工绩效有正向显著影响(2)组织文化对员工绩效有正向显著影响(3)变革型领导风格对员工工作满意度有正向显著影响(4)组织文化对员工工作满意度有正向显著影响(5)员工工作满意度对员工工作绩效有正向显著影响(6)工作满意度变量对变革型领导风格对员工绩效具有非中介但显著的影响(7)工作满意度变量对组织文化对员工绩效具有非中介但显著的影响[关键词]变革型领导风格、组织文化、员工绩效、工作满意度
