Principles of territory zoning as a basis for planning linear objects

Functional zoning of the territory is the basis for the effective development of the land, the place-ment of linear objects is also part of the zoning process of the territory. This article presents the results of the analysis of the main regulatory documents necessary for the development and planning of the territory. Linear objects are quite complex objects for the formation of documentation on them, further regis-tration and registration. Despite the issue of preparing cadastral documentation that has been worked out from the point of view of legislation, as well as the vast practical experience of entering information about linear ob-jects both in the EGRN and in other related resources, the placement of each object is a unique process that requires additional research. This circumstance determines the relevance of the research topic.
