The use of adaptive information technologies makes it possible to “adjust” the process of education of persons with disabilities in an educational institution to their individual characteristics, to overcome cognitive and communication barriers, to master the planned competencies of the Federal state educational standard, building the basis for an effective individual information space not only in education, but also in social and personal activities.
