It is has a great research meaning of its efficiency evaluation. This paper improves the relational two-stage DEA model by fuzzy chance constraints, constructs a relational two-stage DEA model that can deal with the fuzzy uncertainty and suit to small samples, and transforms the model into a certainty equivalent linear model to simplify the programming solving. The results of this study can be applied to many chain system efficiency evaluation researches to deal with the fuzziness of the complex economic system. Besides, the mistaken of efficiency overestimated because of the insufficiency of sample data can be fixed by the improved model. Thereby, the accuracy and precision of efficiency evaluation can be enhanced and improved. 摘要

两级链系统广泛存在于生产管理过程中。对其效率评价具有重要的研究意义。本文利用模糊机会约束对关系两阶段DEA模型进行改进,构造了一个既能处理模糊不确定性又适合小样本的关系两阶段DEA模型,并将模型转化为确定性等效线性模型,简化了规划求解。本文的研究结果可应用于许多连锁系统效率评价研究,以处理复杂经济系统的模糊性。此外,改进的模型还可以修正由于样本数据不足而导致效率高估的错误。从而提高和提高效率评价的准确性和精密度。最后以商业银行为例说明了模型的应用。
