With the current era, everything is required to be with digital technology. So that current learning uses learning tools that make it easier for teachers and students to communicate better in teaching and learning in schools. This research aims to determine which factors influence the perceived usefulness and confirmation of expectation to give satisfaction and continuity intent to the learning tools used by students. Therefore, the research question in this study is which determining factors influence the perceived usefulness and the confirmation of expectations in the use of learning tools? This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires and obtaining 485 valid respondents. The results of this study indicate that the factors of compatibility, system quality, and appearance quality positively affect perceived usefulness. In addition, compatibility, convenience, self-efficacy, and information quality positively influence the confirmation of expectation when using learning tools at school.
