Progressive maintenance is a pillar of the most important in the pursuit of benefits in an industrial organization. The maintenance of quality seeks to establish as a purpose that the team has the "zero defects". The PTEE or Total Effective Productivity of the Equipment is a measure of the real productivity of the equipment, it is a measure that indicates the amount of time used by the equipment, the overall effectiveness of the equipment evaluates the performance of the equipment while it is in operation, this allows to prioritize between several maintenance projects, those most significant in the improvement of the plant.
