This research employed a quantitative approach with a quantitative research method. The data used were primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to teachers and education staff at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Gorontalo, which amounted to 35 respondents. In the meantime, the data analysis technique used was simple linear regression. The research finding revealed that the role of the school principal (X) at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Gorontalo. 摘要
本研究的目的是确定学校校长的角色对提高教师绩效质量的影响在SMK Negeri Kota Gorontalo。本研究采用了定量研究的方法。使用的数据是通过向SMK Negeri 1 Kota Gorontalo的教师和教育工作人员分发问卷获得的原始数据，共有35名受访者。同时，使用的数据分析技术是简单的线性回归。研究结果揭示了学校校长(X)在SMK Negeri 1 Kota Gorontalo的作用。本研究结果显示，校长的角色可以改善小学教师的表现。
