摘要

本文致力于全俄研究“数字环境中学生信息能力的形成”第一阶段(2021年6月至7月)的结果和结论。本阶段的任务是从内容、形式、特征、问题等几个方面研究学生信息能力形成的现状。在问卷分析阶段,形成了影响信息能力形成的五种技术和趋势。基于研究结果,形成了一个模块化的示范程序,其中的元素可用于图书馆课程和程序的准备。

PROBLEMS OF FORMING INFORMATION COMPETENCE IN LIBRARIES OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS: ON THE RESEARCH MATERIALS
