Without additional components, a change of control method would enable the implementation of APD functions, replacing an electrolytic capacitor(E-Cap) with a small film capacitor. The contribution of this paper is to apply a Lyapunov-function based control method to the control system to ensure global stability and reduce the number of sensors and parameters required for control.
