The analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version. Based on data that have met the validity test, reliability tests and classical assumption tests are processed so as to produce regression equations as follows: Y = 73,820 + 0.388 X_1 + 0.392 X_2.  The test results showed that partially showing the variables used in the study, namely work discipline and quality of work life, had a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Tasikmalaya Regency Ministry of Religious Affairs Office. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline and quality of work life together on employee performance based on the testing of multiple linear regression analysis obtained fghitung of 73,820 signatures of 0.001. With the Determination Coefficient test, it gets an R Square value of 0.398 or 39.80%. 摘要

本研究旨在找出工作纪律和工作生活品质对塔斯克马来亚摄政部宗教事务办公室员工绩效的影响程度。本研究采用定量调查方法。以41人作为调查对象的研究样本,以41个已知人口数据为基础,向Tasikmalaya摄政部宗教事务办公室提供。使用的数据是使用原始数据。本研究使用的分析工具是多元线性回归,使用SPSS支持应用版本。根据满足效度检验的数据,进行信度检验和经典假设检验,得到Y = 73820 + 0.388 X_1 + 0.392 X_2的回归方程。测试结果表明,部分显示研究中使用的变量,即工作纪律和工作生活质量,对Tasikmalaya摄政部宗教事务办公室员工的绩效有显著影响。同时,工作纪律和工作生活质量共同对员工绩效有显著的正向影响。多元线性回归分析结果显示,73820个签名值为0.001。通过决定系数检验,得到R平方值0.398或39.80%。它显示了工作纪律和工作生活质量对员工绩效的影响,60.20%是本研究中使用的变量之外的其他变量的影响。
