Then, objective technology is used to offer main design principle in system, system structure design, main functional modules and interface design to complete design in system database. 摘要

本文通过对建筑工程中主要业务流程和管理模式的分析,结合智能建筑工程的特点和信息技术发展的现状,分析了工业典型企业的程序组织模式。通过对智能建筑企业信息系统的需求分析,确定了系统的主要框架,深入分析了系统的主要业务流程,给出了系统的主要用例模型及其描述。然后,利用客观技术给出了系统的主要设计原则、系统结构设计、主要功能模块和界面设计,完成了系统数据库的设计。根据系统测试结果,本文所设计开发的智能建筑工程业务管理系统能够满足建筑过程管理中的招投标和用户需求,实现以项目为中心的各参与方协同管理和远程控制管理可视化,为建筑项目提供动态信息管理。
