摘要

针对BP神经网络存在的收敛速度慢、易陷入局部最优、网络缺陷和系统稳定性差等问题,提出了一种基于鲸鱼算法优化BP神经网络的信用卡欺诈检测技术。利用鲸群优化算法对BP网络权值进行优化,首先利用WOA算法得到最优初始值,然后利用BP网络算法对误差值进行修正,从而得到最优值。
