This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. There are 2 informants in this study, namely primary informants and secondary informants. The main informants in this study were 5 people with details, two librarians, the Head of the Mobile Library Service Section, the Head of the Library Division, and the Secretary of the Padang Pariaman Regency Archives and Library Service. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and documentation methods. This study used validation techniques which included extended participation, persistence of observation and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that services (1) as a result of the covid 19 pandemic mobile libraries cannot operate as they should so that there are several new policies that change mobile library services such as; mobile library services no longer make visits to nagari, currently mobile libraries only go to school as the focus of their services; Mobile library collections can no longer be loaned, but users can only read the collections on the spot. (2) there is no development in the implementation of mobile library services in the new normal. The implementation of mobile library services is still carrying out services like during the pandemic. 摘要
本研究旨在找出新冠肺炎疫情期间巴东Pariaman Regency Archives and library Service流动图书馆服务存在的问题。本研究为定性研究,采用描述性研究方法。本研究中有2个告密者,即主要告密者和次要告密者。本研究的主要资料提供者为5人,包括两名图书馆员、流动图书馆服务科科长、图书馆科科长和巴东Pariaman摄政档案和图书馆服务处秘书。数据收集技术采用访谈、观察和文献法。本研究使用的验证技术包括扩展参与、持续观察和三角测量。本研究结果表明,服务(1)由于covid - 19大流行,移动图书馆无法正常运行,因此有几项新政策改变了移动图书馆的服务,例如;流动图书馆服务不再访问永里,目前流动图书馆只以学校为服务重点;移动图书馆的馆藏不再可以外借,用户只能在现场阅读。(2)移动图书馆服务在新常态下的实施没有发展。流动图书馆服务的实施仍像疫情期间一样开展服务。(3)需要解决图书馆员在疫情期间提供的流动图书馆服务问题,即重新建立面向乡村的流动图书馆服务和开展社会融合,以及改变图书馆的馆藏。
