摘要

设计了一种基于ARM9和&µC/OS-I的磨料水射流切割机智能控制系统。控制系统接收输入信号(工件厚度、磨料流量、表面粗糙度、磨料水射流压力),采用模糊神经网络和嵌入式ARM9内核进行处理。然后提供交流伺服电机的驱动信号,实现速度补偿。最后使机器快速稳定的运行,达到质量的目的。实验结果表明,该控制系统具有一定的稳定性,能够达到切割精度。
