The mission of education is therefore not only to impart knowledge and practice skills to students but also to help them develop their personalities, be rich in soul,  and contribute to the community. This article discusses issues related to the concept and the role of EI in their life, work, and future. 培养情感,唤起学习者的同情和同理心一直是教育的一项重要任务。在联合国教科文组织提出的21世纪教育的四大支柱中,有两个支柱(即“学会生存”和“学会共同生活”)与培养学习者的情商(EI)密切相关。因此,教育的使命不仅是向学生传授知识和实践技能,更重要的是帮助他们发展个性,丰富灵魂,贡献社会。本文讨论了与情商的概念以及情商在他们的生活、工作和未来中的作用有关的问题。本文还分析了在越南高等教育背景下,组织培训、创新教学方法、创造教育环境等方面培养学习者的情商。
