摘要

目的:研究p53、PCNA和CD34在沃辛瘤及不同类型腺样囊性癌组织中的表达,以鉴别其增殖活性和血管生成。方法:应用苏木精和伊红(H&E)及免疫组化染色技术检测20例Warthin肿瘤及不同类型腺样囊性癌(实体型、管状型和筛状型)的p53、PCNA和CD34蛋白。采用计算机图像分析系统进行免疫染色评价,并对所有数据进行统计学分析。结果:Warthin肿瘤与不同类型腺样囊性癌之间p53、PCNA、CD34的表达水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:p53、PCNA和CD34的表达与肿瘤的侵袭性进展有关,可作为预测和预后的指标,为腺样囊性癌的增殖活性和复发率提供了有用的预后指标。
