本文综述了人工膝关节的磨损与失效问题;首先,详细介绍了全膝关节置换术(TKA)。其次,对假体的几何设计、材料性能和表面处理进行了全面阐述。总结了关节摩擦磨损规律、接触应力分布规律以及下肢受力线变化规律。最后总结出三种抑制人工膝关节磨损失效的方法,并建议可在患者体内植入实时监测设备,记录假体的实际使用情况。研究结果可为人工膝关节的匹配设计、抑制摩擦磨损提供理论支持。
