摘要

．本研究探讨了女性董事对东盟银行公司绩效和风险的影响。本研究使用的数据来自Bloomberg和OSIRIS数据库以及公司2014-2018年的年度报告，并对东盟五个国家(印度尼西亚、菲律宾、马来西亚、新加坡和泰国)进行了研究。本研究中使用的最终样本由总共375个观察值组成。本研究采用面板数据回归模型分析，即。固定效应回归和随机效应回归。结果表明，女性董事对公司绩效有显著的正向影响。结果还表明，女性董事对风险有显著的负向影响。这一结果表明，女性董事的存在可以提高公司绩效，降低风险。
