Fast face detection using hash table of large set of templates
The problem of detecting human faces in complex images using large set of templates is investigated in this paper. For the recognition, templates are adaptively picked up for matching using a special hash table that allows to substantially speed-up the template search. Principles for implementing the hash table are outlined and experimental results of face detection are provided.
