The first study aims to analyze the literature related to the construct of «academic analytics» and «learning analysis» as well as its link with the concept of «digital transformation» in the field of higher education. The second study focuses on knowing the opinions and demands regarding the digital transformation of postgraduate degrees at the University of La Laguna (ULL) and the perception of teachers and students in the use of virtual learning environments after the impact of COVID-19. The third and final study aims to analyze the pedagogical models inherent in virtual classrooms of subjects from postgraduate degrees and the behavior patterns of teachers and students in virtual classrooms through the analysis of their data.
